I ordered delivery I customized the food with brown sauce and salt and I never had any sauce on my items this was ridiculous as I was really hungry and don't enjoy it without the sauce.

Fish was dry, chips cold. And pizza was not worth the £15 with cold kebab meat

The haggis wasn't freshly cooked. It had been kept warm for some considerable time. The batter and outside layer of haggis was like leather.

Food took over 2 hours and was freezing cold, onion rings had been fried far too long. Won't order again.

A large group order was placed last night around half 6. Food came on time and everything was there. Although the chicken kebab we ordered was more oil and fatty bits than it was chicken. Also ordered a half pizza crunch, which was so greasy there was a pile of oil in the box it came in. The chips were covered in the gritty bits from the bottom of the oil. They were also swimming in oil, to the point the taste of the chips was just pure oil. The fish supper was pretty much the same. The lamb kebab we ordered was more dry ends of meat than anything else. Over all a very disappointing experience from somewhere we’ve used as our regular chippy over the years.

No cheese on the “cheese”burger, staff rude when called. Driver friendly though

Please take extra care when making up orders . One of the pizzas was cheese and tomato when it should’ve been garlic bread with cheese.

Tonight was the best meal we have had from Ozzy’s. Pizzas & Garlic bread were perfect, AMAZING!

Saturday night was awful, pizzas were crushed when they arrived, toppings were stuck to the box, phoned and complained, pizzas were re made but awful

Love how they put a few chips in the kebab too 😊
